"I lived near this place for 15 years and I have to say that it has completely degraded over that time. When I first moved in, it was relatively nice. People here werent on drugs with 10 children because they cant use contraceptives. Recently those have been the only kind of people who live here. The place looks bad and the landlord is very rude."
