The amenities were great, maintenance was always super friendly and quick to help when I needed them and the management was also great to work with. Also a great location right next to everything you could need in Newburgh. I chose to move here because my wife and I didn't have enough space in our 1 bedroom at the time, and found this place where we got a 2 bed 2 bath for cheaper, and it’s honestly quite a bit nicer as well. "We've currently been living here for 4 1/2 years and absolutely love it. Our home is a 2 bedroom/2 bath split design apartment that is much nicer than many of our friends houses, however we aren't responsible for upkeep or maintenance. Beaver Creek offers excellent landscaping in addition to manicured lawns that are maintained weekly at a minimum. We also have an excellent in-house maintenance team that is available 24 hours a day for emergency services and my personal experience is both major and minor issues have been addressed same day. The interior and exterior are both beautifully designed and provide a unique open floor plan that flows while still separating. Our luxury apartment offers plenty of storage to include a walk-in closet in the master bedroom, large closet in the second bedroom, pantry closet, hall closet, walk-in closet of the entry way and overhead storage in the utility closet as well. We also have a storage shed off of our patio that overlooks one of the many ponds that Beaver Creek features. The Clubhouse boasts a tanning room, weight room and laundry for those who aren't yet able to provide their own washer and dryer although each apartment features a utility closet with all the hookups.  There is also a full sized in-ground pool complete with lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas. Everything is beautifully and well maintained. I'm also thrilled with both office management and the maintenance team. We love the newly renovated playground and our daughter thoroughly enjoys meeting new friends on her visits there. The Beaver Creek team also hosts seasonal and holiday gatherings from cookouts to holiday parties throughout the entire year as well as countless contests complete with prizes and monthly breakfast. These are truly luxury apartments that are well kept and family friendly. I love that although it's technically a apartment that it looks and feels like a house sans the homeowner hassles. We have a fabulous location in a terrific school district with beautiful onsite scenery to boot.  We love that one of the many ponds boasted by Beaver Creek is located directly behind us,  allowing us to enjoy local wildlife from our patio,  from our living room via French doors with full-length glass or from our master bedroom via our large windows.  Beaver Creek is truly LUXURY living and we don't plan on leaving anytime soon!!!"
