"I don't know how they are now but when I was there a couple of years ago its ok i mean you get what you pay for. But they went through 3 different landlords or managers and it's one that is very rude like she wasn't even the manager just the front desk maybe secretary and she was acting like she was running things but wait weeks or maybe not even show up if it's a problem. I wouldn't go there ever again if my life depend on it."

"Been living here for about 6yrs and joe and all of them have taken real good care of us.. they’ve went above and beyond to get us out of the area we were in and got us into an upgraded apartment in a better area for me and my family! I completely recommend grand oak for the price and the work the maintenance team does and professionalism of the office staff is outstanding.. they make sure you feel right at home and everything is taken care of.. thanks joe and staff for everything and helping us along the way to making this upgrade possible!"

"My family has lived there for many years through numerous managers. With the latest manager, we had hoped of a safe peaceful neighborhood and promises kept. Turned out she was never in the office, would not return calls from residents, and refused to show up for appointments. The property has reflected this with; unsupervised kids, bullying, and bigotry. Some apts have weeds over 5 ft tall. The playgrounds are constantly being downsized. The current manager has no grasp of the issues within the community."

"I live over in the Eastlodge area and I have nothing but good things to say about these apartments / the property manager Chelsea. Property is well maintained, the apartment was nice and clean upon showing and looked pretty updated & maintenance is always there the next day when work orders are put in if not same day. Chelsea has helped me tremendously in many ways and always makes sure that everything is well maintained and her staff is staying on top of things. I know if I came to her with any kind of issue she would have no problem handling it for me. 10/10"
