"This sleep disorder center was a NIGHTMARE. Agree with other reviews - really poor communication. Next steps are unclear and it is impossible to get a hold of anyone in the center because the call goes to some central line. First, was told I need a sleep study and will receive a call for options. Nothing for over a week. Second, I need to pick up the home sleep test and immediately return it the next morning. Who has time to keep taking days off to run these errands?? Third, you wait until you get called for the results. No idea what to do with the results since there is no guidance on options. No results sent to me. You have to set up another appointment with the doctor... and oh, it's going to be two months from now."
