"Labor here was going great until a rude nurse decided to change the rules on us. We were told by our nurse navigator (the nurse that works through your birth plan prior to labor) that our daughter wouldn’t be able to stay in the recovery rooms after 9pm, but that she would be welcome in the labor rooms even in the event of an over night labor/delivery. We have been here all day and our nurse left at 11pm and a new one was assigned to us. Another nurse just came in (11:30 pm) and told us that our daughter couldn’t stay and needed to leave (she’s 3 btw). According to this new nurse visiting is over at 10pm (not 9pm as mentioned by the nurse navigator and website). I find it odd that our original nurse nor her replacement had any issues with my daughter being here. But the other nurse who has only been in our room one other time does. Great job causing my wife in needed stress when she’s been in labor for close to 20 hours."

"Nice facility. It’s a bit long and compartmentalized so finding you way around can take some time. The parking lot can be very full so expect to take some time to park and find where you are going. The people working in the Women’s Center are extremely nice and very respectful."
