"There was always something wrong with the apartment. They couldn't keep a Maintainance guy to save their lives. You pay for pest control. They never show up. We had no heater in the winter and summer we lost ac. I will never rent here again !"

"If I could rate this place a 0 I would. Terrible management, lack of maintaining the property. I rent a 2 bath 2 bedroom for 975 and it took them 8months to fix the master bathroom so we could actually use it. They charge you random unexplainable fees. The floor is patched in with blocks of wood that are not secure so Everytime you walk over the area it’s loose wood moving around. Definitely dangerous for my toddler. The deck was severely damaged and was not able to be used even though the apartment was “ready for move in”. Save yourself the trouble and do not move in to Abbey Court Apartments"

"We've lived here for almost two years and have had a really great experience. We've only had to call the emergency maintenance line once and the gentleman fixed our AC within an hour of me calling. Abbi at the office has always been extremely helpful and friendly towards us as well. The only issue we've had is with the laundry facilities. They're usually messy and we've had a few things taken by Tennants, but other than that it's a lovely place to live!"

"I've been living here for almost 4 months now and it's been pretty much a train wreck. When I moved in with my boyfriend they kept pushing back our move in date because the previous tenant completely destroyed the apartment. This could've been avoided if they had checked a month before the status of the conditions of the apartment. When we finally moved in the bathroom wasn't finished and the walls were wide open which allowed mold growth, roaches, spiders, and water bugs in. We also did not have a dryer vent, a vent for the ac, no dishwasher and the oven was in terrible condition. Most of the problems got fixed but the bathroom is still in shambles because some temp maintenance people came in and did a terrible job on the walls and now it looks even worse. We can still smell the mold and my cats are getting asthma from it. All of this and we still have to pay full price for a broken moldy apartment. I wouldn't recommend moving here unless you really love mold and waiting around for no one to help you."

"have had nothing but random fees added, a refund bounced multiple times, oriental cockroaches withing 3 weeks of living there and theyre all over the buildings at night, wasps on my balconey that the office claimed were poisons but then tells me im " more than welcome to deal with them on my own". maintenance is terrible. i understand theyre busy but they've also called to say they were coming on multiple occasions and never shown up. office rarely answers the phone and dont bother leaving a voicemail. they removed a door frame to help my roommate get a dryer in and never returned to fix it in 2 months but multiple times have said they'd be back and do it but when i just called to inquire about it because i've had nails sticking out of my door for two months they raise their voice and snap at me and tell me theres nothing they can do. i was being kind just expressing my frustration and i am met with rudeness and condesention"
