"Ever since Monarch Investment and Management Group took ownership of the property in late 2022, things have improved dramatically, mostly on two different fronts: the maintenance of the property and the efficacy of the office. I’m sure the employees were doing the best they could with what they had before, but I have been consistently surprised with new improvements and attentive service ever since Monarch took over. Amber, the new property manager, handles issues courteously and expediently. I’ve been a resident for many years here, but the current management is the best it’s ever been and I would definitely recommend Indian Woods to anyone looking for a nice place to call home."

"If you are able, please rent elsewhere. Lived at the property for 5 years, more out of necessity then anything. When I first moved in things were ran pretty well and the office and maintenance staff were easy to reach and deal with. Not long after the newness wore off things started taking a turn for the worse, you can never reach anyone in the office, office turnover seems to change daily, and the addons started showing up on the monthly rent. The pool which is listed as an amenity is never open and there was always an "issue". When we asked for a discount in rent because of this they always gave you more excuses and just dismissed the subject. We always paid our rent on time, and when it was time for us to move out, they changed the locks 3 days before our lease was up, and informed us if there was anything left to remove they would charge us to remove it. I don't expect things to be perfect anytime you rent from someone, but paying the rent they ask for this place should be so much better. If you have any option of going elsewhere, again, PLEASE DO."
