"Because I was standing outside the building the doors were locked and nobody would come to the door I pushed the doorbell and I knocked, then a lady came out to smoke and I told her I was trying to get a hold of management so she called the manager on duty and told him I was out there and who I was because I was supposed to move in that day, then a few minutes later that manager the lady called her back and told her to tell me I need to leave and that she called the police on me. All I was doing was trying to get moved in and confirmation and they called the police that is sad they get less than a star from me"
