"Office staff is sweet and always helpful. The maintenance guys r always on top of issues that needs to be fixed. They always have a smile on even when there mad at the object for not cooperating. I've lived here for a year and hopefully many more to come. ♥️"

"UPDATED TO ADD AUGUST 2023: They have left us without A/C since last Saturday morning. We've contacted them multiple times and they keep pushing the date back when they will receive the needed part (A/C compressor). Last Saturday, they gave us a portable unit, but it wasn't installed correctly and has been leaking water onto our carpet. I have missed work days over lack of sleep this week, and we have a dog who hasn't been doing well in this heat either. It's hotter in here than it is outside. This is coming AFTER last winter when our water heater burst and flooded/molded our living room closet. That closet still needs to be fixed as they never installed new flooring or guaranteed all the mold was removed. So we are paying for areas we can't use in our apartment. Again I say, DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ORIGINAL FROM DEC 2022: PSA: do NOT come to Addison Place Apartments. Run far away. Been dealing with this all day, calling maintenance multiple times with no one coming and no one’s answering the “emergency line” after calling multiple times and being on hold for multiple minutes each time. Our closet & multiple of my husband’s vinyl records are ruined. I noticed the problem at 12:45p today. It’s now 7p and all they’ve done is turn off all of our water without telling anyone. Now unless there’s a Christmas miracle, we can’t visit family tomorrow on Xmas bc we have to stay here just in case they come in and fix something or do something again without telling anyone. We’ve had nothing but problems since moving here, like not having a mailbox for the past three months, as one lil example. We can’t wait to move out forever next year and are looking into breaking lease early. Do. Not. Live. Here. Merry Christmas"

"I've lived here for almost 5 years. They keep increasing rent but refuse to fix issues. The a/c units are useless once the humidity gets a little high and the temperature goes above 80. Even when the sun sets it gets colder outside way before the inside even begins to catch up. They also have a bug/roach problem that they refuse to pay to actually fix. They have a crawl space under each building that to my knowledge hasn't been treated for bugs in years. they just keep coming out of the vents and they don't care. I've lived in two different layouts and buildings and the a/c is a problem on both floors but the roaches are only in the floor 2bd 2bth I recently moved to. My mail box has the lock broken like someone tried to break into it and weeks after a work notice was put in, absolutely nothing happened. I could go on about both direct and indirect incidents but those are the major ones. The actual day to day staff are kind and smart but whoever is pulling the strings needs to drop the couple dozen K on fixing the problems before increasing rent. Don't rent here unless your desperate. Spend the extra $2-300 a month renting with a better company if possible. EDIT: They did change parent companies at the end of 2022 and still nothing has changed."

"I think this place is amazing! The staff is always friendly. I had to move here in a pinch with another apartment complex and Addison Place got me in. I enjoy watching the baseball games out my patio door. I haven't had an issue with anything other then the laundry room, occasionally. I'm excited to see the pool will be opening soon. I'm sure my grandchildren will enjoy this greatly. Thank you!"
