Harmony West Apartments and Storage 3212 Mount Vernon Avenue, Evansville, IN 47712

"This apartment has major foundation issues and is a hazzard. I was there quite often over the year the renter lived there. I put a marble on the kitchen floor and it rowed to the right. Further proof was the doors failure to shut securely and this causing the renters dog to get loose. The dog is not aggressive but one evening the renter on the first floors dog lunged toward me growling. The renter said to their dog " dont do that she is a nice lady." Renters dog a believe was anxious because of neighbors dogs barking. Since the dog has move he is back to his sweet chilled self Also sagging in the floor close to the bathroom. and in the bathroom. Renters beware!! I would have advised the renter to not live here but renter already paid and signed the lease. I'm glad they were able to find a much safer, nicer place to live and the human is happy and the dog is a sweet chilled boy."

"This place was fkn insane I was as nice as possible but every day was nerve wracking because they always had a problem with me or my guests or my dog. If you are a younger person looking to rent DO NOT RENT HERE. They literally would send texts messages about problems to EVERYONE almost every day. Super unprofessional and damn near impossible to get ahold of anyone. Wouldn’t do anything about people constantly making the hallways smell like pot but god forbid you have more than two people over cause they’ll text you to “stop throwing parties” lol. They will also stalk your social media if you say anything negative about them or the property management company. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone lol."

"This is a decent little storage facility. They offer two different sized units. The entire storage facility is surrounded by a tall fence and entrance is accessed through a keypad gate. It is conveniently located on the West Side of Evansville."

"I have lived at Harmony West for 3 years. I love it here, very few apartments on the West Side are as reasonably priced, and include a washer and dryer, and also allow pets. I have had a few maintenance issues and they have been corrected within a reasonable amount of time. Since Harmony West changed ownership, several updates to the property have been made to improve its curb appeal. Including a new metal roof, new decks, and landscaping. And, for someone who had a dog, the grass is cut weekly. I do recommend these apartments."

"I've lived at Harmony West for almost a year & other than a few toilet issues I have loved living here. Even with the toilet issues they have been very prompt with fixing the problems whether it be late at night or even the weekend. I have lived in various apartments all across town so I know how slow maintenance can be with getting things done, this is the first place I have lived where they are on it with anything I have asked of them or at least keep communication of when it will get done. Sheree & the maintenance guy are always super nice & understanding! You can't beat the price of these apartments, especially being on the west side of town. I love having a balcony on the third floor & how big the kitchen is. As long as you understand that there are rules in any apartment complex considering you live in a community with many others & are respectful of these rules it is very enjoyable to live here. There are many places who wouldn't even give warnings like Sheree does, they will just charge it onto your account with no questions asked. They have made many improvements & continue to work hard to update everything about this place & the property!"
