"I had a physical therapy visit three weeks go. Dr. Was great. He told me to come back to check again. When I went to checkout the guy at the desk Eddy was on the phone for 15 minutes and left me waiting. I had to go because it was late and could not stay. I told him to call me once he was off to schedule. I never got a call back and even called a week later to schedule my appt. No one called back. This is the worst customer service experience I ever had at Iu health"
