"Was charged for a water meter breaking even though the break was due to the owner's existing equipment failing. He claims that there are texts negotiating repairs, but that was not until we notified him of moving out. It was also undisclosed that the trailer had previously caught fire. The reply he left under my husband's review is a sorry attempt to save face. Again, under his reply to this review, he does not acknowledge the part where he stole money from us to fix his broken water meter. He knows he is in the wrong."

"I own a mobile home in this community and have no complaints. The owner does try and make sure that people stay on top of yard work and keep the community looking presentable and also pick up after their pets. The monthly cost to rent the land is fair. I haven't had a problem with theft here yet at all. The scenery is beautiful as it is situated right alongside a cow farm. I feel safe letting my kids go outside to play."

"I have lived here for about 5 years and in that time I have not had any problems with the owner or management. They are trying to make this a nice place to live. It is still a work in progress, but has improved tremendously over the last couple of years."

"Eastern Estates is a clean, friendly place to love. Rent is reasonably priced. It is a safe place for kids to be able to play as everyone watches out for them."

"Dont rent here. Trailers are run down and unsafe and would never pass an inspection of any kind. This is despite Manager and Owner claiming recent renovations. Frankly. Local officials should step in and close it. I encourage all to go elsewhere."
