"They used to be friendly, helpful and very professional. Now they are continually going through "staff changes" and are absolutely the most unprofessional group I have ever encountered. I made a cash payment in the office that never got applied to my account. I was told by the so-called manager and their billing department that was my tough luck. Now they tell me Nurse Practitioner Utley is leaving, which was the only thing they had left going for them. Wouldn't recommend in the least. Money First, Health Last should be their name."
