"I was admitted there for a few days, I have super nice nurses until my last day. I waited over 45 mins for my meds, and over 3 hours for my discharge papers. Had I known I was being admitted I would have went to Henderson hospital, it was ridiculous"

"If I could give negative stars I would! Today my sister and I received a phone call from our mom’s job and they told us she sneezed and her nose started gushing blood! Told them take her to ER and will meet you there! When we got there we went through the Covid-19 screening and then had a seat to wait and see what was going on with our mom. There was one lady in the waiting room and as far as I could tell she was not needing to be seen. So mom was already in triage room and she was waiting for them to take her to examination room! They took over 30 minutes to decide to come get her and when they did....the doctor (Terry Perkins, MD) acted like he was in no way concerned about what was going on with our mom!! Now they have signs everywhere that you must wear mask! Please tell me why a doctor wasn’t even wearing his mask correctly!!! Does not go under your nose!!!! MASKS REQUIRED but a lady with whom I have to believe was her mother entered the ER! When they came and sat down in the waiting room where my sister, my best friend, and myself were sitting, NO MASKS AT ALL!!!! So when we asked them if they had masks the lady replied, “she has breathing issues”! And that means what to who! I myself have asthma, but hey I was sitting there struggling with a mask on! So what public safety no longer mattered because she had breathing problems! If I would have taken my mask off due to having asthma do you think that would have been an issue!!! More than likely! So back to that doctor, all he told my mom was to pinch her nose if he starts bleeding again! Really!!! Dr. Seuss could have told her that! So in my opinion if you are in need of emergency treatment DO NOT GO TO DEACONESS HOSPITAL MORGANFIELD!!! You would be better off going to the Veterinarian than there! That have no care and compassion for the people that come in and need help!!!"

"I went there through the new ER area . everyone was really nice and place was clean . it's more private the way it's built now. The staff were all nice . nobody seem to rush you or hurried you out the door ."

"The ER is horrible no wait let me rephrase that,one of the nurses make the ER horrible. He was very rude to me last night and the attitude was not needed. I personally prefer the Henderson hospital but my migraine was so bad last night I honestly was at the point where I didn't care."

"I was seen after a long wait due to a very slow dr(this was from staff) I had a abcess on my foot and their er room did not have enough lighting for the dr to see my foot so he had me spin around and put my feet up in the air where my head was to see my foot. Then he was going to lance it. Instead of injection he was squeezing my foot first causing extreme pain and flinching. so no shot then he asked to lance it without numbing..like no way. He said he cannot help me because I cannot hold still....well duh don't squeeze it...they have me a antibiotic shot prescriptio, for 2 antibiotics and sent me packing...so my wife and I left our vacation early and drive 600 miles to our hosipital.. There the dr asked why the 1 med was given since its know to cause digestive issues and there are better ones. Well maybe he did not like Yankees anyway never again that place. On a side not lab tech and stay tech were awsome people"
