"We had two strays that we've started taking care of outside the last two years and one day one of them appeared with a large bite on their neck that looked pretty deep and concerning. I got in contact with Pets at Risk Carmi-White County and they told me they work with Carmi Veterinary Clinic and covered the whole exam and antibiotics. Including the other cat as well to get all shots and get them fixed if they needed to. Thankfully they were both confirmed to be fixed already, but they would have fully covered it. So I appreciate and commend Carmi Veterinary Clinic for working with such an amazing group. We are happy to have them both vaccinated and confirmed to be fixed so that less kittens are born to our already overwhelmed town."

"Took our 7 week old puppy to them because he swallowed a piece of gristle off a chicken leg. It got caught in his throat and he couldn’t get it up. This clinic decided he had parvo with out even listening to what I was trying to tell them! Wanted to do a $150 unnecessary parvo test before they would even look at him! Ended up going to McCleansboro where he was treated for the issue at hand! This vet seems to have some need to charge for services not needed to cover her school debts! Very rude won’t listen to pet owners and over charges for everything they do! I do not recommend going to this vet clinic! Go elsewhere! Save your self and your animals unnecessary procedures!"
