"My mother saw Rachel Sinclair who was highly unprofessional and accused my mother of lying to her. My mother has Crohn’s disease, severe PTSD, can also be absent minded about things and has been in a lot of physical pain for most of her life. This arrogant POS medical provider treated my mother as if she was a drug head trying to get drugs to abuse. Rachel, you have no idea the amount of physical and mental pain my mother has gone through in her life and you have assured that I would never seek medical care from your facility especially from you. My mother needed her prescriptions refilled and you acted like you knew her life experience better than she did. Close minded doctors and PAs like you are the reason healthcare professionals get a bad reputation. Reception and the nurses were very nice and professional."
