"Probably a bigger quark of a therapy place then Doc. Phill. Girl named Renee has weote wrong dates and times on cards got apps then got mad cuz they weren’t there. Then when cards presented plays dumb. Not only that they took everything out that could entertain little kids then belittle the parents who are waiting on other kids to get out wife had to deal with that be littling behavior today in front of others at no less. She said as soon as they take him back she’ll go wait in the car and apologized to everyone around her to which no one had an issue with it at all just the staff. A child talking and giggling (2 year old) not even super loudly. This was Better workers, better services, better mannerisms when it was southern hills. Flying through med doctors barely got therapist don’t get me started on case management side my sons got a decent worker but my daughters worker is a joke and therapy or lack there of offered. If they’re not gonna treat the community they serve well they have no business offering services at all."
"This facility has horrible staff service. First of all, I chose to fire my first counselor. She was supposed to be there to direct me with my problems, though when I would cry in my sessions with her, I had to cough at times, she would put her head to the side and behave like she was going to vomit every time that I coughed. That was very unprofessional. She told me that she couldn't take it when I would cough, though she is currently a counselor at this location. Hmmmm...Kate McNulty was the nurse practitioner that took control over medicine management and though I told her 3 different times that one of the medicines that she was prescribing me was causing me to be ill, she refused to change it. The very last session that I had with Kate McNulty her behavior was out of control with me, being her patient. They have a manager by the name of Michelle that I told my concerns to. Michelle told me that she was going to take care of Kate's behavioral problems, though never did. Just last week, which was September 21, 2023, I brought up all of my concerns that I had with the employees at this Lifespring to the CEO. Her words were that she wasn't going to do anything about the medicine that Kate had been prescribing me that was causing me to be very sick. I asked her if she even cared about the reputations of Lifespring? Her response was yes!! Though even the CEO is refusing to do anything about any of my concerns."
"LifeSpring Health Systems in Paoli has been incredibly helpful to me. I have found their staff and clinicians to be the MOST caring and accommodating. In my experience, they have gone above and beyond to provide care with understanding and expediency. They are professional, compassionate, and communicative. I highly recommend their services and am so grateful they are in our community."
"They’re a joke!!! Say they deal with mental health but I just tried to get my son in there for help and got turned away they ask if he was verbal and when I said yes she automatically came up with another excuse"
"Don't go here if you need mental health care. Not only is your first "appointment" left up to chance with their open access policy, but you have to be one of the first 5-6 to show up at 8 am on a Tuesday to have the hope of getting to see a therapist. And you can't make any other appointments with a therapist until you've done this. I have to be at work in Bedford every week day at 6 am so I figured I'd take advantage of being on vacation this week to go. It took me 20 minutes to find the entrance for the open access appointments because I'm not familiar with the area and it's not labeled at all but when I did get inside around 8:20 am, they were already full for the 3 hour block that the open access appointments are held in."
