"Terrible service and Terrible attitude towards patients. Took my grandmother to be seen, all that was done was a simple urine sample. We waited an HOUR for someone to inform us. At the 40 minute mark we asked a nurse who came in "where's the docter at?" And she said "I donno I'll go check" Then the docter came and scolded me for being "rude to his staff" and how "You've only waited and hour" Save yourself the time and go to a diffrent clinic. Thus place already has terrible reviews showing its a waste of time."
"I was the second patient of the day coming in with a sore throat, ear pressure, and white spots on my left tonsil. The nurse did a strep swab, which was my request, and it came back negative (The base of my tongue was swabbed, not the Tonsils, which can make a difference on the type strep test I don’t know what type they use). After he Glanced at my throat he was like nope it’s viral. I was pushed out so fast as if there was a full waiting room. It was a crisp 7 AM there’s no reason for that. Michael Daggy APRN was the provider. The last time I checked saltwater and Chloraseptic spray doesn’t treat a bacterial infection. This was not a situation that just fell through the cracks. I had a clear concern for strep with visual evidence of white spots What else does a person need for a diagnosis? I definitely felt written off because I am young and will not be going back not that it matters. This was an embarrassing misdiagnosis on his part; this is a very common infection that is going around like everything else. I hope he sees this and makes some connections up there. Now I will have an urgent care bill for absolutely no reason. Within an hour I was at a Baptist health urgent care which is what I should’ve done in the first place and the strep test came back POSITIVEEEEEEE and the nurse practitioner said that it is obviously strep with or without the test. I have yet to have a good IU health experience in Baptist always comes through every time."
"This place advertises as being open until 7 P.M. has a big sign on the front of the building stating the hours. However, on two occasions I have been turned away . Once at 6 and the other at 6:15. Was told the last time I was turned away that they had been booked up for the last hour. Hmmm. There wasn't one person in the waiting room or one single car in the parking lot. Clearly they close at 6 not 7."
"Would like to start by saying that on a previous visit, this was not the experience, it was good before when he saw my niece. Also, the intake staff was good, this is only regarding the nurse practitioner. My mother went here and got to experience Daggy, NP. I say this because it sounds like a common experience among locals. Not only did she wait for an hour and 15 minutes to be seen, when she said something about the wait time she was treated horribly by him. He was condescending and dismissive. He never laid a hand on her to assess, did not listen to her lungs, or anything. All he could focus on was getting her out of there. Asked her which antibiotic she wanted, then proceeded to call in no antibiotic, only a decongestant and nasal spray. She had been sick for over a week and was not improving but getting worse, which he would've known had he done his job. I understand bad days but this is completely unacceptable care for any patient. It costs nothing to be kind. Communicating delays with patients is a small gesture that can make a huge difference in patient satisfaction. People's time is very important and it's just nice to know you haven't been forgotten."
"So I waited at the window for 15 minutes for a receptionist. She finally came to the window and informed be that they weren't taking anymore patients. I told her when I called I was told they take there last patient at 630 and I was there before 630. She told me that it depends sometimes they take there last patient at 555."
