"This place will make up any excuse they can to steal your security deposit and what little is left after they take out all their ridiculous fees still won't be refunded without a lawsuit. They're banking on the fact that you won't file a lawsuit against them. My apartment was absolutely FILTHY when I moved in. I took pictures, cleaned it top to bottom, left it cleaner than it was when I moved in (taking pictures again), and they claimed I left it a mess. When I told them I had pictures they asked to see them. When I provided them they stopped responding to me. They knew they had been caught in their game and their only option was to stop talking and hope I didn't sue them."
