"The staff acts like you are such a burden. It's like pulling teeth to get any of the Dr.s to test you for anything to find the cause of your problems, so that you can actually get treated/ better. I don't recommend any of the Dr.s here, even Ghelhousen who will sugar coat everything and deny you the right to find the root of the cause, so you'll continue coming back to her. If you have a cold, sure go ahead and see them, otherwise go and find yourself a compassionate Dr. who will put in the effort to make you feel better. I started having neuropathic pains and when I told Ghelhousen, her response was "Let's wait a week...and see if it goes away." She didn't believe me. Only when my mental health degraded so bad to being harmful did Ghelhousen start to take me seriously and even then she was just putting bandaids on the situation. I gave her a year to figure out what was wrong with me. It took a year of me pushing for MRIs, x-rays, EMG, sleep test and she still can't give me a definitive explanation or care to try to fix me. She failed me. Had to find out I'm severely anemic from my neurologist! Have bones fusing in my left ankle after begging months for MRIs. So do yourself, your wallet & time a favor and just avoid this place."

The staff was fast, efficient, pleasant, and professional. Dr. Gehlhausen was very attentive, welcoming, compassionate, and helpful!
