"I will not be bringing my kids back here. I brought them in solely to get referrals to have Brain MRIs to find out if they have any signs of having Chiari Malformation or Syringomyelia, both of which I have and is something that can and does run in families. Both of my kids are beginning to show symptoms, and so I am wanting to catch it early if they have it so they don't suffer their whole life like I have. A lead physician came in to tell me that my kids are healthy and fine and that I am "PROJECTING" my illness onto my kids. This is absolutely not okay at all to say to a concerned parent. I am fine with insurance not covering the MRIs. That's not the issue here or necessarily under the physician's control . My issue is being totally and completely gaslit about it by someone who knows NOTHING about the condition other than that it causes headaches which is BY FAR not the only symptom, and being told that if they had it, it would have been seen on their ultrasounds while I was pregnant, which is the FARTHEST thing from the truth and THE REASON people grow into adulthood before finding the condition accidentally. I can bet lots of money that the doctor walked into another room to google this condition before declaring to me that my kids are okay and their symptoms would be a lot worse if they had it. This is a progressive disease and gets worse the longer it is left undiagnosed. I am not asking for drugs, I am asking for imaging. At the very least, they should have received a referral to a children's neurologist who can help me evaluate and diagnose anything they may have. This is not okay. Doctors like this should be sued for denying preventative care. Their job is to literally help patients get the care they need. This disease can cause paralysis is left undiagnosed. I was ignored by doctors my entire life and am losing functionality in my limbs. I have permanent damage to my spinal cord and nerve fibers and damage to my entire nervous system."

"the Staff isn't very helpful and cordial seeming as if they're not content with their jobs, no one asks for piety- but they just haven't got the slightest amicability. They haven't returned a call I requested in days. Even though they supposedly have a nurse line- they don't ever pick up. Their doctors are just okay. Also know you'll be paying for two doctors because their residents can't do much."
