"I made an appointment on Mar 16th to have a checkup on Apr 21st in order to remove my wisdom teeth. I received a confirmation email on the 16th and a confirmation text on Apr 10th. When I arrived on Apr 21st I was met with a sign on the door saying the office is closed from Apr 21st through Apr 24th. I called Aspen to try and figure out what was going on and they told me my appointment had been canceled on Mar 15th. When I explained I had 2 confirmations since then they said they didn't know what happened. I was never informed of a cancelation and I wasted all morning because I was working around this appointment that didn't happen. I will never be going to any Aspen Dental location in the future."

"I have had a horrible experience with discrimination and rude action from Aspen Dental in Jasper. On March 17, I made an appointment with them on 03/21/23 at 1:30 PM. However, on March 20, they called me back to ask so many questions about my insurance. After that, they rescheduled me for 03/30/22 at 2:30. More terrible, when I came to their office on 03/30, they said my appointment was canceled because they contacted me to confirm, but I didn't answer. It was a terrible lie when I received no phone calls to confirm my appointment. I only received two messages, and I assured them I would come. Their talking attitude toward me was very disrespectful, discriminatory, and careless. They forced me to go home to reschedule, even though driving to them took me 2 hours to only receive a notice of cancellation. Aspen Dental makes me feel ashamed of how the dental industry works in the US and how they despise customers and only focus on profiteering. If Jasper Aspen Dental doesn't resolve this problem satisfactorily, I will work with my attorney and make an appointment in court. I have full proof and contact history between me and this place. I also want to denounce this so that only a few customers here are taken advantage of and despised again."

"Office staff is incredibly rude. Hateful and had a general "I hate my job" attitude. Acted like I was being an inconvenience to her and theyre the ones who called me. Was supposed to come in for a new patient appointment because I had lost a filling and my dentist is on a long vacation. Received a call basically berating me and telling me I could come and get x-rays done, and yes they had availability all week pretty much. But the dentist is gonna do what he wants to do and they won't guarantee if I'll get the filling I want if they find something else he wants to start on first. I had to ask for clarification from another office member, and indeed that's how they operate. If that's how they treat a "new" patient I'd hate to think how they're treating someone in office. Definitely would recommend cleaning house with that office staff. They're not helping your business what so ever"

"Aspen Dental in Jasper is a truly customer focused, professional and helpful dental facility. The staff is wonderful, caring, discreet and helpful. They worked me in very short notice, and helped me directly with my issue. I'm very grateful for their help, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a permanent dentist for their needs."
