"This is a good crew that you have at the Martinsville Location. The reason that it did not receive 5 stars is this is a very busy place. There was 3 therapists for about 10 ppl at 1 time. I know this doesn't seem like alot but, it can get very busy with ppl coming and going. There is no receptionist. This person takes care of ALL customer service requests, freeing therapists to cut down on admin duties when that time can be spent with a patient. Again great crew! Just may need more."
