Beech Tree Glen Apartments

"Kendra is very professional for all the kinds of people she deals with and always has the best intentions for her tenants. My husband and I loved having her even though we came in upset about something she always had a smile and de-escalate any issues or problems that came her way! Always trying to make it a fun and safe environment for everyone!! I will say the maintenance it’s hit and miss they try their best but had struggled to keep someone reliable(not the offices fault) just be prepared for a wait to get anything fixed or just fix it yourself. There is no microwaves in the units for anyone considering and the washer and dryer rooms( there are no washer and dryer hookups in the apartment) they try their best with the age of the property and the area the complex is in. I personally hate Beech Grove but if you need something reliable and flexible and a clean bug free and no mold apartment, also a great office manager then this is your place! Just remember: YOU ARE CHOOSING TO LIVE AT AN APARTMENT COMPLEX expect to deal with children and pets and lazy tenants and hearing your neighbors. If you don’t like this and can’t tolerate it then look into a house. This is a community. It’s only as good as the people within make it to be. If you can look past all that then I recommend this to anyone! Become friends with your neighbors and remember you choose to live in a complex and don’t run to the reviews for every little issue you have. The rent is higher has got higher but so has EVERYTHING! This isn’t their fault it’s called a price ceiling and sadly it’s going up everywhere. Definitely was worth it for us, definitely always felt like a home! "

"I have lived here for about 3 years now, rent has gone from $600-$1015. New tenants who move in get new renovated apartments for the same price I am paying. Management refuses to update my apartment since I live in it. We have zero amenities, not even a washer and dryer hookup. We also do not have 24/7 maintenance. Definitely not worth the price! Also had mold problems"

"My mom, fiancé and I are about to move in here next year! We think these apartments are so beautiful and they are perfect to start out! Not to mention affordable. Kendra is the leasing agent we met with and she was awesome answered all of our questions!"

"Terrible. Constant calls to maintenance this past summer for AC leaking (4-5x) I have it documented. Had to resort to a fan and turn the ac off completely. Washing machines do not work and flood. I do not put anything down my disposal and yet still gets backed up. Some creepy guy living in his truck and sits there from the time I leave work and is still there the time I come home. Absolute trash."

"I’ve been here almost a year. With my two kids and pregnant with my third. My son loves it here. He loves his little back porch. It’s really quiet nothing ever goes on here. The place is kept up with. It was just sold to new owners last week so we will see how this works out. I look forward to meeting the new people. I think they are going to remodel the apartments slowly. They are already nice. But I think if they updated appliances and things like that it would definitely improve the place even more. I love Kim In the office I really hope she stays. The only thing they’ve struggled with here is maintenance because they were in the middle of selling them and hiring new people. Other than that I love my place I love the community and I plan on staying here for a few years until my new born baby gets a little older as well as my 8 month old. Wish they had 3 bedrooms I’d stay for a while lol! I love this place. I recommend it to all my family and friends!"
