"I needed antibiotics and cough syrup. I have a sinus infection and cough. The NP refused me stating she was the provider and I am unaware of my needs. I am 60 years old, I am familiar with my body and what works for me. I will not go back to this minimalistic setting to a NP with a godlike complex. I had to seek other treatment elsewhere. I do not recommend."

"Support staff needs to increase or wake up. Tried to call several times. They answer in two rings and put you on hold, then you stay on hold until you give up. Not sure if they are busy or just don't want to talk, but for sure they need to do better at this. By the way there isn't even music or informative info just void. Come on guys!"
"I was discriminated against and unfairly discharged from this pratice with no notice. I was seeking a primary care doctor for a referral to a mental health specialist and help getting prescriptions that had helped me cope in the past. I was unable to see Dr. Provaznik who I had been seeing in the past due to a conflict with my insurance so I chose a different provider in the pratice thinking I would get the same quality of care and concern. Brooke Whitaker refused to listen to anything I was telling her in every single visit I had with her and I went to several, she repeatly compared me and my situation to other patients she was seeing going so far as to tell me details about their care and their life I guess in order to make me feel like she knew what she was talking about. I took her advice and tried all her suggestions. Even though I told her I did NOT want to try numerous other medications and deal with the side effects because I had a history of this medication working and it was in my medical records. She refused to prescribe me the medication I needed even after I tried her suggestions and they made my symptoms worse. I asked to see a different provider in the pratice because Brooke and I were not seeing eye to eye as she refused to even listen to me or attempt to emphasize with my situation. I was able to make another appointment with someone else before I left that day but when I showed up to the appointment the next week they refused to see me told me I didn't have an appointment even though I had my appointment card they gave me! They refused to let me make another appointment because when I left that last appointment with Brooke she took it upon herself to have me discharged from the pratice right then and there. Now I am unable to even see Dr. Provaznik who has treated me in the past successfully because of her actions. I contacted someone to file a complaint and no one ever got back to me. I will be following up with this until I get a response because what happened to me was wrong. Doctors are to do no harm and mental health is just as important as physical health."
