"The apartments itself & management is great no complaints on that. My only complaint is the Landry room, people not caring about the way things looks maybe because it doesn’t belong to them. Trash everywhere, hair, oatmeal in the washers. Can someone come out and clean the laundry room once a week if possible, clean the washers/dryers inside. Thank you. To the residents, please clean up after yourself, were to grown to be trashing other peoples property they let us use. Cedar Crest was nice enough to build a laundry room for us so we didn’t have to leave outside the complex to go to a laundry mat. Also there is no reason for the residents to be leaving their belongings in the washers/dryers all day. The washing & drying is limited so please when you get the notification on your phone your washer & dryer is done go get your things so others can wash and dry also. If not we should have the right to place your things on the table because those washers & dryers don’t even belong to you for you to leave your things in their stopping up other people days from getting their laundry done."

"I live in Cedar Crest apartments in Mishawaka Indiana. The property manager Erica, Barb, and Carla are stealing money. They put a fake eviction notice on my door and extorted me out of $1775. They never put the money on my rent and claim they never received the money. I have documentation that all of the checks were cashed."

"Very inconsistent with move-In dates. My move was pushed back 3 times(Total of a year) for an upgraded 2 bedroom apartment. Maintenance will enter your house after you verbally told them and left a written note not to, They do rush jobs here so expect to put a work order in at least once a week, and they’re short a few workers so expect about a week before they respond. It floods out here every hard rain and spring thaw. And I lived here since July 2018 this is the first year we were able to get in the pool because it wasn’t clean the first year last year was Covid and now it’s finally available and it looks like a swamp. I would recommend anybody move here unless it’s for free or they’re paying you"

"I've only been here for 8 months now but I was recommended by friends and family who do/had lived here and I'm glad they did! Ive lived in a couple different complexes and this one is by far the best. My neighbors are friendly the staff here is great. I've only had to call maintenance once since I've been here nothing major something that other places would have put on the 'don't worry about list' and they had it fixed within 2 hours. I already have a couple friends interested in moving here too because of how nice the apartments are and how affordable it is."
