"I've been seeing Shannon for a couple of years now (even before she started her own practice), and she's been fantastic. She's very responsive to secure portal messages and flexible with appointment times, rescheduling when needed on my side or hers. She's a good listener, remembers details about our previous sessions, supportive of the steps and set acks I've had on my journey, provides realistic suggestions, and is kind yet firm in holding me to my goals."

"I had one session with Shannon. I really liked her. Thought that I had found my new therapist. She messaged me once reminding me about my copay and after I had to cancel my follow up appointment two weeks later; I got a letter in the mail that said my services with her had been terminated. The letter said she had contacted me several times, but that is not correct. I had a family emergency and couldn't make the appointment. Shannon didn't once reach out to me to ask if everything was OK, she simply cut me as a patient. I am very disappointed with this practice."
