He is very on time with appts. , and really listens to you and your needs. I won’t be changing doctor’s until he stops practicing basically!! I recommend him highly."

"Dr. Laeupple is great, but good luck getting anyone to ever answer the phone, return your calls, or even contact the correct number about appointments. For me, the only line that's ever picked up the phone is the medicine one. So I guess pick that option if you want to get in touch with anyone else. Or physically go there."

"I've been a patient of Dr. Laeupple's for almost a year now. At first, it seemed like Dr. Laeupple really listened and was truly concerned. The more follow-ups I had, the more it seemed like I had to repeat my concerns because he didn't know who I was and wanted to change medicines every visit without giving them a chance to work. Aside from that, the office staff is horrible. I had to reschedule an appointment one day and could get anyone to answer the phone; I had to leave multiple voicemails, with no return call. I've spent the past 3 days attempting to schedule an appointment, but the scheduling line voicemail box is full, so I've tried the other line options, and nothing. No one answers the phone or returns a voicemail. I will be finding a new doctor."

"I've been with Dr. Laeupple for about 3 years and have never had an issue with him personally. I like our relationship and I think he genuinely cares about his patients. That all being said the staff is frustrating when it comes to getting things done via phone. NO ONE ever answers the phone and you end leaving a message. I wish my healthcare needs were as important out of the office as they are when I'm in his office."
