"I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks before. I did not receive any phone calls or email confirming my appointment so I tried to get ahold of them the day before my appointment and the day of to confirm. After trying to call and getting no pickup or voicemail about 10 different times, I finally reached them and while on the phone they canceled my appointment day of. This was an incredibly unprofessional experience, who knows whether they would have called to cancel or whether I would have showed up with no one available. We will look elsewhere."
