"The manager doesn't fix what she said she would before move in 7 months and counting. She doesn't want to enforce the rules without a hassle and she's definitely on a power trip and barged in on me she said she could anytime! The matinanceman hit on me! Creepy!"

"Update: There is a new apartment manager so things may have improved, but I can't verify so be cautious. Good rates but apartment manager is invasive and out of line. I moved 45 minutes away from my work just to get away from this place (Can't afford anything closer except for this place). Don't rent here if you have kids and are a single parent who works full-time. She requires it to be show-room ready AT ALL TIMES, inspects when an inspection has not been announced (such as maintenance visits), and nit picks over the tiniest issues (like breakfast dishes from THAT MORNING, my kid's nighttime pull-up in the trash, a stack of moving boxes ONE WEEK after move-in, stacks of folded and clean laundry to be put away when I get home from work, claims that Legos on the floor will cause an insect infestation...) She had me so stressed out with constant threats of eviction over normal living conditions in our apartment, to the point of a nervous breakdown. There appears to be no legal recourse for her discrimination against tenants based on disability or age, she does whatever she wants."
