Bridgewater Apartments

"The apartments boast luxury but are almost 100% covered in old dirty carpet that smells musty. The bathrooms and kitchen appliances are outdated. The leasing office will never answer the phone. If you have a problem, you must physically walk in to the office when they are open. I am pretty laid back, so fortunately I didn't have any problems until after moving out. After moving out on 7/18/23, I paid everything I owed via check sent in the mail because apparently they disable your account the moment you leave so you can't pay online. A month later on 8/15/23, I received a bill of $172 for "balance at move-out". I called the office multiple times before finally getting someone to answer the phone. She did not know what this charge was for, especially since I had already paid in full on my account. She stated she would figure it out and call me back. I never received a call back. I have called at least a dozen times since, only getting a response once and that was once again, another person confused who didn't know why I had received that charge and stated they would call me back. Of course, I never got that call. I then escalated the problem to the Justus company which oversees them. Someone did answer the phone but directed me to another person who didn't and hasn't responded to the voicemail I left. If I didn't live 8 hours away, I would walk in to the office myself to resolve the issue. But unfortunately, I have to rely on the phones or emails they are supposed to answer. Again, I am pretty laid back, but the $172 bill threatened to send me to collections if I didn't pay in 60 days. It is nearing that date and I still have no resolution. I have tried to resolve this issue before leaving a nasty review, but obviously they aren't interested in helping me."

"Great staff. We've lived here for two years, and they are really nice apartments with great amenities. Every member of the staff is always quick to respond if we ever have questions or need maintenance help. Neighbors are all friendly, too. Special shout out to Angie, Jake, Sandy, and Brandon - as we've talked to them the most throughout these past couple of years. You all do a great job, and we appreciate you!"

"I have lived here for a year and it is a great place. The neighbors are great. Maintenance is usually quick. The desk is usually helpful. There is a free gym, not the biggest but it works. Swimming pool is awesome with public grills. There is a dog park and they are very dog friendly. I feel like everyone has a dog."
