"DO NOT TRUST THEM. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRESPONSIBLE. I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. They’ll tell you they’ll do everything for you and then say they can’t do it anymore(right at the day of tax deadline). I went to them two weeks before the deadline and they said they’ll call me back in a few days after they resolve an issue. THEY NEVER CALLED BACK! In fact, I kept calling them everyday asking for an update until the day before the deadline and they kept rescheduling, kept saying “we’ll call you back”. And “if we haven’t called you back, it’s because we haven’t figured it out yet. We will figure it out before the deadline”, that’s what they said when I called them the day before the due date and they still didn’t call me back on the due date. I had to go to their office myself. That’s when they said they can’t do it anymore! When asked why didn’t they call back or said anything before, they acted like it isn’t their fault. RIDICULOUS. I should have known better and seen the red flags since the start. I am writing this review so you don’t go through what I had to."

"I’ve literally been using Alabama Tax Service for 14 years this year they messed my taxes up I was supposed to get back almost 4000 more now I’ve got a wait on my amended tax return that I could really need need that money and it’s like they act like it’s my fault that they messed my taxes up my best advice is use TurboTax you get it back faster it’s free to file and if you miss your taxes up it’s on you not someone else Because now I’m going to have to wait God knows how long to get my money"
