"Guy was unfriendly, looked as though I was a bother to him. He seems like he hates his job. I was told one price when I began my taxes and when we got to the end, it was about 100.00 more than what was quoted to me at the beginning. The receptionist was amazingly friendly no negative remarks for her. This was my 1st time going back to HR block after 10 years... and yet my experience was the exact same. Horrible. I will never return to ANY HR block offices in the future!"
