"If there was an option for zero stars, I would have selected it. Took my son in for a possible fractured wrist and had a bad experience. After waiting for 4 hours and not getting any answers. A month and a half later, I am still getting bills. Have been to the new Fast Pace Health clinic since then and was totally impressed."

"Thank you DCH Quick Care for always having great, quick service. My daughter had an allergic reaction to something last night. We were there until after closing. We never felt rushed, we were prepared for the evening, and everyone made sure to make my daughter feel safe and calm! Highly recommend!"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible experience and I would not recommend for anyone to visit here. Me and My S/O get there and have 4 people ahead of him which is fine. We went back to the vehicle to wait on his phone call to come in. Each and every person in front of him had been seen and left, but here we are still in the truck AN HOUR after all of them and STILL NO CALL!!! Seeing more people start to walk in so He goes back in and see what’s going on and they forgot about him?!???! So there is 2 hours waisted. They take him back immediately after that only to wait again, and then to be told by Jessica that He can get OTC medication. When his symptoms are clearly pointing directly to a sinus infection. He already tried OTC and it has not helped the problem. Community DO BETTER!!!!"

"My son was a closed contact at school so he was put on quarantine for 5 days and because I have others kids and I am in contact with him I took my son to get tested. The staff is very polite and they provide great service but they kept telling me over and over again to take him to the Health Department that is quick and free but I told them it didn't matter to wait for the results since he was not going to school and I just thanked the provider over the phone and left. I know they are tired and busy but if I go there is because I already know how long it will take for the results to come back but they just seemed to not want to take another patient. I explained that I can't keep getting out of work for something they could do and that's why i was there but they didn't really understand that I guess."

"I took my daughter in there for a weird rash that wouldn't go away no matter what I tried instead of waiting weeks to get her into her pediatrician. The staff was all very friendly, waiting room was nice and clean, and our waiting time wasn't bad at all for not making an appointment in advance. Once we were taken back the doctor was extremely professional and nice. She was also great with my child. Id highly recommend this clinic to anyone."
