"I went to Liberty Tax as I do every year around this time to get the holiday Loan that they Always approve me for. They emailed me and told me to come do the loan. Okay fast forward to yesterday initially they advised it's by appointment only so I set up the appointment. The appointment was at 1:30 p.m I arrived at that time. I then waited for 4 hrs to be seen I also had to call in to work and advise them I would be late. So finally the tax preparer gets to me. She then is talking to other people outside smoking just doing all types of stuff while I sit and wait on her. Okay finally she starts to do my taxes. She then gets to the amount of the return and says I didn't get the child tax credit which is odd because I have 2 kids that I have filed since they have been born. So fast forward to her having to redo everything and they Denied my loan because of her. I won't be back I been going with them for 6 years now. They lost my business."
