"I had a horrible experience on 4/6/23 with AAA roadside assistance team. I was stocked on the freeway for several hours without getting any assistance from AAA roadside assistance team. I made several calls and I was instructed to wait for 30mins or 45 minutes but no assistance showed up. I was on the freeway from 11:30pm Wednesday night till 9am Thursday morning without help. Tow truck showed up after showed up after 8am. I had called every 15mins all night, I was never told that I had to wait till 6am for assistance. I am a female, think about a risk for a female to be stocked in her on a freeway at night on a freeway alone at night without assistance from a renowned company like AAA. All the excellent assistance advertising on television that your company gives to customers. I didn't get any on 4/6/23 which was why I registered with AAA that morning in order to save me but all failed, very disappointed."
