"If you're looking for a quiet place to live, this is not the place. I work longer hours because I hate coming home to my apartment. There is no insulation between apartments and all you hear all night long is the people above you, on the 2nd and 3rd floor. You know every single room they are in. I have one of the worst neighbors anyone could hope for. Everytime she walks, my lights in the ceiling flicker and the lights hanging from the ceiling shake she walks so hard. I sleep with a loud fan, but because of how loud she is I have to wake up when she does and can't go to sleep until she does. I haven't been able to sleep in on a weekend because I am woke up at 5 or 6am by the person upstairs stomping. It is so embarrassing living here I won't even have guests over because they talk about how loud she is. When my parents stop by they will never stay long if my neighbor is home because they say they cant handle how loud she is and disrespectful. Even after asking the office to give her a noise complaint that did absolutely nothing. This place also has no car ports and no assigned parking available to lease. The only handful of garages they do have are attached to a few apartments. I hate living here so bad I have even contacted the office and am contemplating paying a fee to move out early just to be happy again. You can only pray that you get a decent neighbor otherwise you pay a lit of money to be miserable living here with no insulation between floors. I've call the office 3x now and all they tell me is they'll give her a noise complaint. That's how they fox the issue and nothing changes.you just have to live miserable during business hours and a noise complaint for after hours."

"Decent place to live. Quiet, friendly enough. Traffic is manageable, with some exceptions for tournaments at grand park. They do events now and then, so that’s unique. They are usually pretty quick for maintenance requests."
