"I transferred to this office so I can be within a few miles from my home. I loved it here. My 10th visit is just like my first..very warm and welcoming Community Center. They get you in and out! They don't have you sitting in rooms for 30-40 mins waiting to be seen. I got to experience 3 different Doctors since my first visit. ALL THE CARETAKERS are so nice and helpful. I would recommend this Health Center to family and friends. THANKS TO ALL OF YOU for having a clean warm and compassionate Health Center."

"I was on hold for one hour. I was hung up two different times. The ladies answer the phone and immediately put you back on hold. It’s the lady in the first check in office. I had to drive 20 minutes down the road just to get a appointment. The facility is not updated either. She lied to my face and told me they don’t answer the phones in that office."

"Never have I been to a clinic appointment where my husbands pcp racked him over the coals accusing him of not wanting to get better. He has lost approximately 60 pounds in just a few months. She was unconcerned about his weight loss."

"My pregnancy, birthing story, postpartum health and care for my child has felt so full of support and understanding from the whole staff at this Jane Pauley location. As a first time mother in my mid thirties, I had a lot of anxiety and concern going into pregnancy. The nursing staff went out of their way to reassure me, respect my preferences and answer any questions I had along the way. I could not have done it without the amazing women here! Thank you!!"

"I called about an issue 3 days in a row with no call back. On the recording they say phone calls will be returned within one day. I drove there to speak with someone and was told they have a new medical assistant but was still not helped. I was told by the front desk that she had nothing to do with what goes on in the back. She still did not get out of her chair to find out if someone else could help me. I was told my doctor wouldn’t be back in the office for two more days. This place is a joke a human never answers the phone or calls you back. This is the second time I have had this issue and I have only been a patient there a little over a month. I will be switching doctors today!"
