"Jennifer L Balsamello( a white female doctor) worst doctor I ever seen in my life . I had been sneezing and running Norse for 3 days , over counter medications won’t help. She just said to me to try new medications and I be fine in 10 to 14 days . I asked her for work off letter and she said she works even she’s sick . They won’t even test me COVID test. The clinic should fire this doctor."

"Don’t be in a hurry! I was first person in the door @. 8 am. . It took 2 hours before I saw a Dr. For a CDL physical. Several people were seen before me and left while I sat in waiting room. Dr was very nice. When I asked why it was taking so long was told short staff. That is unacceptable to me. I will find another provider."

"I came in for a drug screen at 2 pm I was told to sign in using the kiosk. I wasn’t given any paperwork to fill out when I came in and 2 hours have passed by when I got up and asked how long it would be to do a drug screen because I’ve been waiting for over 2 hours. It’s 4:20 pm now still haven’t been seen. One of the ladies told me the computer didn’t even register my name and I was supposed to be given drug screening paperwork. If I hadn’t said anything I would have waited for hours more and I got skipped over several times because the computer didn’t register me. I noticed people that got here after me have already been seen I’m still waiting here for a drug screen. I feel this office is disorganized in the check in process of their patients. I wish there was an option to check in and wait in the car or elsewhere until it’s time to be seen. Not a good experience at all."

"Terrible experience. Checked in online through their website since it's the same network as my primary care. Wait time online said 52 minutes. I checked in online and arrived 30 minutes later. When I let them know I had arrived in the office they said it'd be called back soon. It's been over 2 hours and I'm still waiting. I verified with the receptionist that I'm on the list and I'm going to be the "next one called back" 5 people ago. Everyone getting called back I was here before. I'll be walking out if I'm not called soon and hopefully I don't die from my injury as I treat myself at home."
