"READ ME 1. The patient room walls are very thin. You will hear the private conversations in the room next to you. As well as that, the doors are also thin. I had a hand washing station outside of mine where I heard a staff member wash his hands and spit into the sink. Top class. 2. I met with a nurse practitioner, and though it started friendly, and inviting, it quickly became apparent that I was just another item to check off her list. I had to make a firm request for medicine. After declining the first option for medicine, which made me sick in the past, she informed me the second option would do. She failed to disclose that is was an antidepressant. Although antidepressants are commonly used for my particular ailment, I did NOT want to use them for treatment. My ignorance is not an excuse for her lack of due diligence. 3. The staff got my birthday wrong. You can imagine the trouble I went through at the pharmacy. Now, I have three months worth of antidepressants that I will not use, nor can I return them. That’s $80 down the drain. My ignorance on the medicine in question, and medical appointment procedures in general is not to blame. 4. I had to wait over 20 days to get this appointment for the very purpose of getting a prescription. Now I’m back to square one, and 80 bucks lighter."

"Horrible to get an appointment. If you have any question from your doctor or want test results, the doctor will never call you back . Maybe the nurse will , but will never have all the answers, or can clearly give results . Takes days to get call back ."

"I went with my mom for her appointment. We were told that they don’t have anything schedule for her. It was her second time rescheduling already. The front office lady said the doctor has seen too many patients on that day. My mom is diagnosed with cancer. It was already too risky for her to go outside especially with all this virus going on. We heard everywhere to be extra careful with people with illness. They just let us turn back. What happened to their management? I was so frustrated that I couldn’t say back anything."

"I had my second apt within a year with Dr. Bowles. The first time I waited over 30 minutes. Today I sat there for over 45 minutes then gave up. In the process of finding a new doctor. Wonder why doctors think their time is more important than a patients. Unacceptable!"

"I love this office! My son and I both have gone here for more than 5 years and we have never had a bad experience. The office staff are always friendly and professional. They have always been quick to squeeze us in same day when needed. We have never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be called back to see the doctor. If you are looking for an awesome pediatrician Dr. Porter is the best!"
