Today I had to go by myself to get it replaced and I don’t remember the lady’s name that replaced it for me cause I was so nervous I forgot but she was AMAZING. So sweet, I was just chatting away with her and didn’t feel a thing and didn’t even realize she was done. So thank you guys for making me feel comfortable, today and back then ❤️"

"Be very careful when you give them your credit card. On 2 separate appointments they have overcharge me for my shot by $236.00. Calling their billing department will get you nowhere as after being on hold for a long period of time, your are then thrown into a voicemail that you can not leave a message at because it hangs up on you. I have also sent in 2 emails via their patient portal and have yet to receive a response. UPDATE: Over a month now and I am still trying to get them to refund the $236.00 they overcharged me. They are now responding via the patient portal but only refunded me $12 so far. They keep asking for the proof, which I keep sending, but then they ignore me for a couple of days. I then have to start the explanation over again, which prompts them to ask for the proof again. This company is a joke. BEWARE!! You probably should pay in cash if you go here."

"I would go elsewhere!!! My daughter went to get a depo shot because she is away at college and couldn't get home to her regular doc. When she arrived she was told her insurance wouldn't cover it despite the fact she's been to other locations where it was fully covered. We checked, and our insurance does show this location as In Network, so she requested that they check again. The front desk staff was rude, refused to run it again, and said her system was correct. She won't be back, and for an organization that touts being a low cost health option for young women, the $118 that I just paid for my daughter that should have been fully covered by insurance had your staff actually tried to do anything to help says otherwise."

"The nurses were very unprofessional and treated me as if I was stupid. They suggested I buy my first three months in advance without I trial period, so I did. The pills have since caused multiple infections and I'm stuck with them for 3 months since I paid 170 for them. I will not be returning here again, and their headquarters are going to hear about this. It took over an hour for them to see me when I got there early and no one was in front of me. Everyone was rude and very immature. The only professional one was the elderly nurse."
