"This place have took care of my son for over 15yrs and easy to get appointments and the care he needs.."
"I have been going to this place for 6 years and never had a problem with anything. The staff are very nice and friendly. The pediatric psychologist is awesome. They have cared for me and my children. I love going here. I don't know why people say they can't get through to the office but I never once had that problem at all. Also never once had to wait for a very long time. My minimum stay here is 30 min. - 1 hour. Which is for pediatric check ups, behavioral therapy, or maternal check ups."
"Chose a doctor for my children based off of recommendations. They have NEVER seen that doctor. Went in once and waited and the lady at the window stated that I cancelled the appointment that morning and couldn''t be seen. Why would I show up if I cancelled the appointment? Another time showed up at the time on my appointment card, and was told I missed my appointment and was late and it would be counted against me. Showed the card, and she said it was still my fault. Another time, I waited 3 hours, and no one came into the room until me and my son was walking out of the office visibly angry, and we were chased down saying we were about to be seen. Want to change doctors, but my son is on a special medication, and changing may throw his medication schedule off. He is currently in need of a refill on one of his meds, and I have literally been on the phone on hold for over an hour and a half on and off today, and no one will answer, and no answering machine is picking up. This place is a joke! Do not go here if you want your child to see an actual doctor, or have consistent medical care. You will only see medical students and it won't even be the same person every time you go."
"Not happy at all with this clinic. I was there with my 8 week old on Friday, didn't even get to see DR or NP, just a student NP. Tried calling today BC what was rec wasn't working for my daughter. I have yet to receive a call back and when I called again they told me phone messages are sent to 10 different nurses at different locations so they have no idea how long it will be. Terrible."
"Been trying to call this place for two days and can't get through the phone lines. Keeps going to after hours phone service during business hours. Even left messages and no one returned my calls. What are you supposed to do when kids are sick and clinic won't take calls. Unprofessional."
