I've been trying days on in to get quotes and book a vacation but our sells lady was horrific on getting us anything in a timely manner and after days of playing this game, we moved on. We contacted another travel agency and had numerous quotes and options within moments. To many issues to list on this review."

"I tried contacting two different people and one person did send me a generic email about best way to correspond and then I never heard from her. I tried following up and still nothing. I think she only responded because I got a survey the next day just asking if she responded. I was really hopeful this company could help given the reviews but nope! Edit: the company called the next day- Fran- and she left a message. I called back within an hour and I didn’t hear back and it’s been a few days. Still do not recommend!"
