"harry shao declined to believe what 2 spine surgeons told me, and creating beliefs of his own about my injury without looking at scans or charts from these drs. additionally when he did a physical exam he diagnosed things like arthritis and carpal tunnel. i’m 26. he also push directly on my back injury and when i said it was painful his excuse was he wasn’t pushing on the injury because there so much muscle protecting it. i won’t return as this was an unprofessional and disappointing experience"

"I went to Harry Chao and Dr Yang Acupuncture practice to treat my back pain and shoulders pain. Dr Chao took the time to listen to me describing my areas of pain and always made sure to explain what the treatment would be like. I didn't feel rushed like I do when I go to my GP and I felt like I could ask any questions without feeling like I was bothering him. I love how acupuncture and cupping is helping me heal my body from years of stress and anxiety. Detoxifying it from all the pain medication I was prescribed and were just a bandaid but never treated the roots of my issue. I feel better after each treatment, the road is still long to completely recover but I'm confident I will be there by going regularly to my appointments. Lately all the personal is friendly and appointments are easy to schedule at times and days that are convenient for you which I appreciate a lot since it has been such a hassle to schedule any appointments with my GP.
