"Good thing I checked my latest shipment I received last week as it was the WRONG prescription! Called and confirmed the wrong prescription was prescribed ans sent to me! It has been over a week to get the corrected prescription sent to me. “UPS” keeps losing the “corrected” prescription, twice? Really? Office manager is rude and inconsiderate as he tells me there are other patients they see and it takes time to fix things, really? I should be the most important patient right now! Terrible customer service skills at this office. It took 3 days to get a UPS tracking label. Office manager will not allow me to talk with new owner or doctor to voice my complaints and lack of concern. Thank God this is not a heart care medical facility and I took the wrong heart medicine!!! Total negligence as well as lack of professionalism here since new management/ownership. Really think I need to consider finding another medical care facility. Unbelievable experience over the last week."
