"One of the greatest challenges these days seems to be a doctor who listens fully to their patients. Not only listens but has a true desire to help them. After struggling with a unknown health issue at the same time as having surgery for thyroid cancer, I was finding it difficult to find a doctor that understood the true symptoms I had and did the proper testing. After suffering for over several months, I found Dr. Chandran(endocrinologist). When I say she was a blessing, I couldn't be more sincere about this. She found I was having adrenal insufficiency and started to treat it. For those that don't know what this is, let me just say at times, I felt as if I was truly dying. She listened, tested and very proactive. She is also following my thyroid and treatment as well. Not only did I find a doctor what expert knowledge and caring heart, but I also found a doctor who has a nurse that cares just as much. Holly has also been a blessing! If she tells you she will do something, she does it. She also spend a great amount of her time one day calling pharmacies around the US just to try and find my medication cheaper for me. You will not find many that go to this extent. I am forever grateful for this group. I wish everyone would have this experience with their medical providers. The world would be a much better place.
