"His nurses and front house staff are terrible. They were approximately three hours behind schedule and I had to leave the office because I didn’t have the extra time to wait for the appt that previously was an hour. They then kicked me out of the clinic and released me from care saying that I was inappropriate for asking for a refund. The funny thing was that the front of the house person that gave me a refund was extremely apologetic and nice to me and I her. I had a nurse call me after I left (unprompted ) and she was extremely extremely rude and ended up hanging up on me when I told her that I was unable to keep the appointment because they were 2 1/2 hours behind. I also have other people that were there as a witness to this whole thing. It’s a shame that healthcare today has to be so complicated and convoluted and that doctors don’t have any sort of communication directly with their patients. I have a feeling, if that were the case this wouldn’t be what would be going on."

"Excellent, Very professional, Have previously had over a dozen surgery's at different hospitals. It was even better than a fully staffed Hospital. They explained every step and made sure i understood. Made me very comfortable and made sure i was 1000% when i left. It is difficult saying the right phrases when they are the best medical professionals around. To everyone there and the Great prep nurse i had. Thank you very much. C.B. MARTIN"
