"I love dr broz but most of her staff doesn’t do their job I receive urgent calls days after I’m promised or never. Paper work that I need and have been trying to get for a month for a referral for a fertility clinic can’t seem to make it to we’re it needs to go. "I was excited for my wife when she was going to see Dr. Broz. My wife loved how caring, empathetic to our situation and thorough she was. Unfortunately, after seeing a specialist she recommended for us, we are unable to conceive naturally. After a surgical procedure, we had to get a form signed to continue with the IUI's. We were tossed back and forth with the family physician and Dr. Broz whom, being the last one to see my wife and recommending us to the specialist, could've signed. She finally called us a week ago, saying she signed the papers. So today, my wife called the specialist as it's about time to start and we were told the papers were not signed. Dr. Broz's office signed, but recommended the physician signed it first. We were not told this a week ago when Dr. Broz's office called us. The incompetence of the office obviously left me flustered and a nurse ended the call with "Good luck with the pregnancy." The unprofessional behavior and conduct of this place while I was baffled and searching for answers admittedly made me lose my cool. But I highly recommend anyone besides Dr. Broz as their failure to communicate important detail and unwillingness to accept responsibility appeared to reflect childish behavior and finger pointing elsewhere."
"Dr. Broz is such a thorough and amazing doctor. She never makes me feel rushed during our appointments and I always feel welcomed. Dr. Infante is so kind and funny. I've had the pleasure of having both assist me at some point and I can't imagine seeing anyone else."
