"The minute clinic worker was so rude, it was like she didn't even want to treat me. She put me out of her office in case I had something and she didn't want it to spread in her office. She then called me back in and rudely said "look at this, look at this, your covid results are positive" Like she was upset with me. Ma'am I didn't know, just like you."

"If I could give zero stars, I would. The NP is very unfriendly and made me VERY uncomfortable during my visit. She shoved a Q-tip so far up my nose I now have bruising & discomfort! It was a complete waste of time. They won't listen or prescribe anything needed to help ease suffering. Go anywhere else."
"So I went to the minute clinic yesterday for a sinus infection and the NP didn't seem like she really wanted to treat me. She told me it was just allergies and gave me a spray. My symptoms have only gotten worse since the appointment. She also wasn't very friendly and she didn't make my feel very comfortable."
"It is my opinion that the nurse practitioner at this location is in the wrong line of business. She is unfriendly and made me extremely uncomfortable during my visit. She did treat me and prescribed the correct medicine. She is obviously trained correctly, but her people skills are the worst I have ever seen in this line of work. She has no compassion for the sick and is very impolite. I will never go to this location again. If this is the type of people that the minute clinic is keeping on payroll, I will revert back to my family doctor for all further visits. I'll be advising all of my colleagues as well as my family & friends on social media in regards to this experience to ensure that they do not use this location and incur the awful demeanor that I received."
