"All I needed was a physical. I scheduled it in advance, signed in at the kiosk and went through all the forms with the nurse. The NP came out and asked why I was getting the physical and after I told her she told me they only give physicals to high school students. I know of at least three other people out of high school who have gotten their physicals done at the CVS minute clinic. I will not be returning!"
"I have been to this clinic several times for minor illnesses, TB tests and vaccines. I also bring my two children, ages 5 and 10 for their annual flu vaccines and my kids prefer to come here vs. their pediatrician. Both NP's are excellent and have been both friendly and professional. You can sign in on your computer at home so you are not sitting there while waiting your turn."
"I'm going to have to agree with the other posts thus far. Came to this location, with probably 25mins until closing. The African-American NP came out, and said she was done for the day. I asked her if she could please help, I explained to her I was a soldier, and had a training event the next morning. She said with a very cavalier attitude she was done for the day and wouldn't see me. I felt extremely disrespected and I was very unhappy with her level of professionalism. I have always had a good customer experience at every CVS I have been to, but I will never return to this minute clinic for care."
"The black nurse practitioner is very rude and full of herself, when i was done she gave me my change and didn't bother to say anything so i went ahead and said "thank you have a nice day" and she just walked away without uttering a word. I don't know who that woman thinks she is, just the fact that she is a nurse practitioner she thinks she can look down on others and be rude. As if she will never become sick? i hope she knows that what goes around comes around."
